Welcome! My name is Kristen, I’m mom to Kayleigh, a beautiful year and a half old. My husband and I love to travel and we’re determined to continue traveling even though we’re new parents! I hope that the information I share with you gives you the confidence that you too are able to enjoying traveling with your own children!

I’m a list person … I’m organized and I like to be prepared. So before Kayleigh’s first flight & vacation (which happened to be a two week roadtrip through Europe), I spent hours researching the best tips and tricks on the internet, from flying with a baby, what to pack, how to pack, what to leave home, how to keep a baby entertained, the best travel gear … the list goes on and on! Now, with a few more vacations under our belt, I want to share what has worked for us!

Traveling with a child is definitely different than traveling alone, with just your spouse or group of friends – but it is so rewarding. To observe your child experience different environments, food and culture for the first time – is indescribable. I will never forget Kayleigh’s first trip to Boston, she peacefully observed the skyline from her stroller, taking it all in, refusing to fall asleep!

A little bit about us. My husband and I met in the wonderful city of Boston while attending Northeastern University. Since school, we’ve lived in Central New Jersey and Bucks County, Pennsylvania; however, we moved to Northern NJ two years ago which will be our long term home. I feel that we still haven’t taken advantage of everything NYC has to offer, but it’s on our bucket list to travel into the city more! I am a physical therapist, currently working part time. Like most people – we struggle to find the time and money to travel, but we make it a priority!

I hope you take a peek around!
